We used to have a dog, and there's still some fur left in our home. While I use a lint roller to remove fur before shipping, it's difficult to remove it completely. Therefore, please refrain from purchasing if you are particularly sensitive to this. Each amigurumi and felt decoration has a unique face and shape. It's difficult to create exact replicas. Therefore, I will finish each piece with care and cuteness. If you place an order, I will consult with you and make suggestions to best match your wishes. I strive to respond quickly and politely, but please understand that my replies may be delayed between 11 PM and 9 AM. I do not accept returns or complaints. Please purchase with your understanding. ☆ About Orders I accept custom orders, but there are some items I cannot make, so please consult with me. The price for amigurumi orders has increased slightly due to rising material costs and shipping fees. ☆ About Shipping Shipping is free. To keep shipping costs down, I mostly use regular mail. I always wrap items in protective packaging before shipping. I generally do not ship on weekends or holidays, so I will ship on weekdays. As a guideline for arrival, regular mail does not deliver on weekends or holidays, so please consider 2-5 weekdays excluding weekends and holidays as an estimate. Note: I am not responsible for any issues that occur after shipping. While regular mail does not have tracking, I can request an investigation from the post office.
