We will ship your order as quickly as possible. We will pack the items by folding them as small as possible to prevent wrinkles. Since inspections are done by humans, oversights may occur. All of our products are pre-owned, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or require perfection. In the unlikely event of any serious defects, please contact us before leaving a review. We will always deliver items that you will be satisfied with! We occasionally receive questions about color tones, and we will do our best to answer them, but we cannot provide accurate answers due to differences in the color displays of each device. We would like to avoid low ratings regarding color tones, so if you are particular about the exact color, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing to avoid any issues. We hope to have pleasant transactions with everyone. Regarding shipping methods, we primarily use Yu-Yu Mercari delivery. For items that are too large to be dropped off, we will switch to the Raku-Raku Mercari delivery service. In terms of sales priority, we give priority to those who purchase immediately, followed by those who have entered into negotiations in the order they contacted us.
