Regarding a neutral rating that said, "I was worried because I didn't receive any transaction messages," when I first traded on Mercari, I didn't know how to send messages after purchase. I'm fine now, so please don't worry. (There may be times when I can't check due to being busy.) Regarding the person who left a bad rating, they said there was a tear in an item listed as "no scratches or dirt," but I couldn't find it when I checked. I wanted to ask where the tear was, so I contacted them, but they ignored my message. Perhaps I was not thorough enough in my inspection. I apologize. I will be more careful in the future. Regarding the other person who left a bad rating, I was asked "Did you like it?" in a letter, and I honestly replied, "The size didn't fit and I couldn't wear it," which they found unpleasant and gave me a bad rating. (It was listed as M size but was about the size of an S.) I regret not responding more maturely. By the way, that clothing item tore after being washed once in a net (ー ー;) I believe it was eaten by insects. If there are any problems after you receive the item, please contact me directly instead of leaving a rating. To avoid trouble, I do not conduct transactions with users who have no ratings. 質問たくさんしていただいてOKです。 細かい所などの写真も追加しますので言ってください。 全ての商品がいきなり削除する事がありますので考え中の方はコメント下さい。 基本的に平日のみの発送になります。 評価普通で「取引メッセージが来なくて心配でした」というコメントがありましたが、メルカリで初めて取り引きした時に分からなくて購入後コメントするのを知りませんでした。 現在は大丈夫です！ご心配なく。 （忙しくて確認出来ない場合があります） 悪い評価をつけた方ですが“傷や汚れなし”で出した商品に破れがあったそうですが、こちらが確認したときには見つけられませんでした。どこが破れていたのか聞きたかったので連絡したけど既読スルーでした。 私が確認不足だったのかな。すみませんでした。 以後気をつけます。 もう1人悪い評価の方は、『気に入りましたか？』と手紙で聞かれたので馬鹿正直に『サイズが合わなくて着れませんでした」と応えたら不快だと言われて悪い評価がつきました。（Mサイズと書いてあるけどSサイズ程度の大きさでした） 大人の対応をすれば良かったと後悔しています。 ちなみにその服は一度ネットに入れて洗濯しただけで破けました(ー ー;)虫に食われていたと思います。 商品を受け取った後に何か問題があったらそのまま評価しないでこちらに連絡して下さい。 なおトラブルを避けるため、評価のない方との取り引きはしておりません。 こちらに落ち度がない限り返品はご遠慮ください。
