Regarding the negative feedback about the sticker: The customer reported that a 5cm hair-like object was inside the backing of the sticker. However, because Bondro stickers tend to attract small debris, and because there can be debris on the round stickers, we carefully inspect each one before packaging. A 5cm object would be immediately noticeable. We offered a return, but the customer said they removed it with tweezers. We are not satisfied with this explanation... We package the stickers so that the backing is not visible until they are removed from the bag. ※ Please note that we may change the shipping method from Yu-Packet Post to Yamato Transport without prior notice! (Please let us know in advance if you do not want this change) ※ Regarding Yu-Packet Post collection, even if the package is collected the next day, the tracking information may not be updated until the day after. ※ Please be aware that if there is a name on the tag, we will either cover it up or cut it off. ※ For those paying at convenience stores, we ask that you make your payment on the same day. Regarding the product, we do not accept claims or returns/exchanges, so please understand this before purchasing. (However, we will address any issues caused by our mistakes.) We inspect the product again before shipping after purchase. シールの悪い評価について 裏のシールに5センチの髪のようなものが入っていたとのことですが、ボンドロは裏に小さいゴミが入りやいのと丸いシールにゴミの付着があったりするので、一つ一つ丁寧に確認してから梱包しております。5センチだとすればすぐ分かります。 返品対応もしましたがピンセットで取りましたとのことでした。こちらは納得いってません…袋から取り出すまで裏が見えないように入れてるので… ※ご連絡なく郵パケットポストからヤマト便に変更することがございます!
