I informed them that returns after washing are not accepted. They then complained that the smell was present from the moment they opened it and that the packaging was unpleasant. I apologized out of fear, but I believe such things did not happen. I would appreciate your understanding. [Requests] If you have any questions about the product or requests such as expedited shipping, please let me know before purchasing. [Purchases] Immediate purchases are welcome! According to Mercari's rules, it's first come, first served, so I cannot take action if the item is purchased while you are in the middle of a comment exchange.
