The situation is that I remained calm throughout the process and requested the administration to handle the damage that occurred during shipping. However, the other party made accusations based on assumptions, shifting blame (demanding "pay 300 yen," "pay 100 yen," and "apologize" before the responsibility was even clear), and repeatedly engaged in slanderous behavior that violated morals. As you can see from reading the review, they don't seem to realize they are engaging in slander. They consistently sent long, critical messages from the beginning with this same intensity. I was at a loss and told them, "I contacted the administration about the slander," to which they responded by calling me a liar and saying, "They're making a fuss about slander." It's them who are making a fuss. I had a lot I wanted to say, but it's absurd that the one who remained calm and composed has to suffer in silence.
