I have also been praised for my careful packaging when I list items. However, I have received one "disappointing" rating. I carefully packaged the item and shipped it with a "fragile item" sticker from Yamato Transport, but the buyer reported that the product box was dented upon arrival. I apologized to the buyer for this shipping trouble and reported it to Mercari support. As has been reported in the news recently, delivery companies are busy, and some may handle packages roughly. In the future, I will not rely 100% on delivery companies and will strive for even more careful packaging.
