I will prioritize the person who purchases an item, even if there are negotiations in progress. I welcome bulk purchases. I am a non-smoker and I don't have any pets. I also don't use much fabric softener. I try to describe any defects as much as possible, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
