Regarding the "Standing Active Educational Roller" by People: It was stated that it was wiped clean, but it was disappointing that there was dust and dirt on various parts, which didn't seem to be the case. The pen marks did not disappear, so I mentioned this in the description. This is clearly a complainer. This has happened once before: I received a message through the transaction saying that a dead insect was inside and that it was dusty, even though I had carefully cleaned and packed it. That buyer had asked for a price reduction. I asked them to send photos so I could confirm, but they said they had already cleaned it, so the insect was no longer there, and demanded a discount. I was not satisfied with this, so I asked for a return with shipping costs covered by me. They said they didn't want to return it, apologized, and asked to end the transaction without a bad review, but I had them return it.
