When photographing the items, I use a shooting mat, so none of them are placed directly on the floor. * I do not smoke, and I do not have any pets. * Basically, I do not offer refunds or returns (except in cases where there is a defect in the product other than what is described). * I mainly ship via Mercari delivery because there have been problems with regular mail. Clothing will be folded for shipping, so please understand that there may be creases. For items with a large size, I may use a recycled box for the outer cardboard. * I used to accept reserved items, but I have been declining them since July 2019 due to a penalty notification from the administration.
