I work weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so I will often respond to messages and ship items outside of those hours, but I will respond as quickly as possible. ● Regarding Guitars ● I will list items that have been adjusted to the best of my ability. Adjustment details: Nut creation and adjustment, saddle creation and adjustment, bridge shaving, string guide creation, neck adjustment, bridge re-gluing, bridge pin hole processing, bridge pin replacement, cleaning of the body, tuners, and frets, etc. The standard is a string height of 0.5 mm at the 1st fret and 2.5-2.0 mm at the 12th fret (this may be difficult depending on the individual instrument). ● Regarding Writing Instruments ● I list mainly beautiful items, so the prices are set a bit higher. I look forward to connecting with those who are looking for items in good condition, even if they are a bit more expensive. If there are multiple pen bodies, I will package them individually to prevent scratches. ● About Packing and Shipping ● I will clean and package the items before shipping. Shipping will primarily be via anonymous shipping services like Rakuraku Mercari Bin and Yu-Yu Mercari Bin. Guitars will be shipped via Takkyubin (Yamato Transport). I consider hygiene and use new packing materials, cutting them from a roll each time. After purchase, I strive to provide a comfortable and worry-free transaction, including messages about the scheduled shipping date and completion of procedures, careful packaging, prompt shipping, and feedback. I don't want you to feel regret or disappointment with your transaction with me. If you are not satisfied with the product, I will accept returns, including shipping costs, so please let me know. I will always be grateful and strive to provide honest service so that you feel it was a good transaction. Please note that I may delete listings without notice if they do not sell even after repeated price reductions. I will consider price negotiations to the extent possible, so please feel free to ask.
