Regarding the person who left a negative review: Perhaps due to their lack of experience with Mercari, they did not understand that this is a flea market site where individuals sell items. They also did not read the product description or my profile carefully. They demanded a brand-new, perfect item equivalent to what is sold in stores for a used item that had already been significantly discounted. They made a nervous complaint and requested a return for a minor flaw that was not visible under normal circumstances (I have not confirmed if it is actually a defect). When I explained to them that it is a used item and its condition and quality may differ slightly from items sold at full price in stores, and therefore I cannot respond to overly nervous complaints, they then made comments hinting at a review and emotional comments. Honestly, purchases from such individuals are nothing but a nuisance. Therefore, please only purchase if you fully understand that even if the item is new and unused, it is still a used item, and its condition may differ slightly from brand-new items due to age.
