I inspect items before listing and again before shipping, but I had a problem where a person who bought earrings requested a return because the post broke when they tried to put them on. We cannot be held responsible for damage or breakage that occurs after arrival due to use, etc., and it is the buyer's responsibility. *Basically, we do not accept returns on purchased items to prevent switching. However, if you have a reason for a return, please provide proof of the reason or something similar and cover the shipping costs. Non-smoker, I have a dog as a pet.
