The envelopes used for packing will be purchased ones, and the bags for clothes will be purchased plastic bags or the bags the clothes came in. I pack the items, and my family member handles the shipping. For children's clothes, I sometimes cut off the tags immediately after purchase because I feel bad for the children. I don't remember if I cut them or if they weren't attached originally, so please understand. Basically, I will fold or compress items to fit into an A4 envelope.
