Please let me know if you will take longer than 24 hours to rate the item after delivery. Items will be sent via anonymous shipping. For convenience, either Yu-Yu or Rakuraku Mercari delivery will be used, but the shipping method will be either Rakuraku or Yu-Yu Mercari delivery. We generally will not contact you regarding this. During busy periods, I may not send messages unless there is a problem. Please let me know if you would like a reply. If you are in a hurry, or if you would like to have the item shipped to a convenience store, or if you would like more careful packaging, we can change the shipping method to your preferred Mercari delivery option and use new packing materials for an additional fee. Packing will generally be compact and will use recycled materials. Due to the store's regular holidays, Yu-Yu Mercari delivery will generally be shipped excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. We do not provide photos of the item being worn. Please let me know before the payment deadline for convenience store payments. Regarding a "Disappointing" rating: During the summer vacation/Obon holiday period, I shipped an item within 3 days of purchase, which was stated to ship within 4-7 days, and sent a message. I received no reply, and received a "Disappointing" rating. As I am not a store, I may not be able to frequently exchange messages, especially if there are no problems. No smokers or pets.
