April 2022 Hello. It's been about six months since I started using Mercari. There are so many wonderful people, and I often feel very happy after a transaction is completed. However, on the other hand, in a very small number of transactions, I've also felt very anxious and sad. I want to have pleasant transactions, so please understand the following: ① After price negotiations, I will make the item "reserved" for you. However, if someone else purchases it first, I will sell it to the person who purchased it first. In such cases, please understand that I cannot handle any trouble. Also, if there is no contact for 24 hours after the item is reserved, I will remove the reservation. If your purchase will be delayed for any reason, please let me know. I will be able to wait with peace of mind if you do. ② If you are paying at a convenience store, please let me know when you will be able to make the payment at the time of purchase. I understand that your plans may change due to work or other commitments, but please contact me in that case as well m(__)m. I was very sad when there was no communication at all, and the payment deadline passed without payment, so please understand. ③ Please do not ignore me after asking me to measure something in the comments, and I measure and reply even if it's late at night (TT) Even though I tried my best even when I was sleepy...
