I started by overhauling and tuning reels I used in the past, but now I do reel overhauls as a hobby. After the overhaul, I remove all removable parts, clean the inside and outside, After cleaning the gear and drag parts, I add grease. After cleaning the worm shaft, I add grease. After degreasing and cleaning the bearings, I add oil. I clean old oil, grease, and dirt during the internal and external cleaning, so there is almost no dirt (although some dirt may remain).
