Thank you for viewing! I'm currently swamped with cleaning up my parents' house and decluttering my own (lol). I try to be honest and clear about the condition of items in the listings, but... I apologize for the long descriptions (T_T). While cleaning my parents' house, I found a lot of new, unused items and antiques that I don't understand. I had a professional appraiser give me an estimate and I accepted their offer, but the price was so low that I regretted it. So, I've been researching everything myself and now I'm working hard on Mercari! When I first started cleaning my parents' house, I was ignorant and sold kimonos, antique dishes, and hanging scrolls to a buyer for a ridiculously low price (T_T). But as I continue to clean, more and more things keep appearing, so I'll do my best to research and list them! For my own decluttering items, I know the purchase price, how long I've used them, and their condition, so I can set the price without hesitation. But setting prices for my father's antiques is difficult (lol). I've been lowering prices aggressively and have made mistakes where the shipping cost is higher than the item itself (lol). I'm working hard, laughing and crying, to declutter! I may also raise the price of items that I've lowered too much, so please understand! 御覧いただき ありがとうございます＼(^^)／ ただ今 実家の片付けと 自分ちの断捨離に てんてこ舞いしてます（笑） 出来るだけ状態を正直に 分かりやすく伝える為 出品欄に書いてますが… 文面が長くてすいません(T_T) 実家の片付けで新品未使用品や 良く分からない父の骨董品が沢山あり 一度専門業者さんに見積もりを お願いして買取成立をしましたが 何かね〜買取り金額が安過ぎて 失敗したな〜と後悔したので 自分で調べ倒して 今メルカリさんで頑張ってます☆ 実家を片付け出した時は無知で 着物や時代物の食器や掛け軸系は 買取り業者さんに激安で 売ってしまいました(T_T) でも片付けていたらポロポロと まだ色々出てきますので 頑張って調べて出品します☆ 自分の断捨離の商品は 購入金額や使用期間や状態も 良く分かっているので 迷いなく金額設定できるのですが 良く分からん父の骨董品とかの 金額設定が難しいです（笑） ガンガン値下げしてしまい 物より送料の方が高いとか 何度も失敗してますが（笑） 断捨離の片付けの為 泣き笑いしながら頑張ってます☆ 値下げ過ぎた商品を 又元に戻して値下げて行く事も ありますのでご了承宜しくです! 写真の追加や分からない事など コメント下されば 即対応しますので なんぼでも言うて来て下さいね☆ 色々出品して行きますので 宜しくお願い致しますm(._.)m ペコリのペコリのペコリ☆
