When I first started, I didn't understand much. I mistakenly thought I shouldn't write my real name when communicating in the comments, so I sent the item with my nickname. Also, due to presbyopia, I had difficulty seeing the small details of the accessories and made a mistake in the comments, resulting in a negative review. I was so shocked that I considered quitting Mercari. Now, I've bought a 10x magnifying glass and am working hard to avoid mistakes. 2. I received a negative review because the item arrived damaged. I confirmed that there were no tears in the packaging when I packed it. I checked and shipped the item, so I investigated and found that the person had previously caused trouble with the brand of the item they purchased and had received negative reviews.
