I will do my best to ensure that those who purchase from me are satisfied, so I appreciate your business. ☑︎ Regarding Purchases If paying via convenience store or ATM, please be sure to inform me of your expected payment date. If the payment date passes, I will immediately cancel the order once it becomes possible to do so. Returns are not accepted. ☑︎ Regarding Shipping Shipping will take place within 3-10 days after payment is completed. If there are circumstances that cause a delay, I will contact you via the transaction message. I primarily ship via mail service or standard mail. For high-value items or items with significant weight or size, I will ship via Hakoboon or Yu-Pack (cash on delivery). If you have a preferred shipping method, a separate shipping fee will be charged. ☑︎ Regarding Holds I will accommodate holds for up to 7 days for those with good ratings, and up to 3 days for new customers. I cannot accommodate holds for those with bad ratings. If a hold is canceled after being agreed upon, I will refuse to do business with you in the future. ☑︎ Regarding Shipping Issues I am not responsible for any damage to items or loss of items during shipping. I cannot offer refunds or returns, so please confirm proof of shipment (customer receipt, etc.) before providing your receipt evaluation.
