Hello, and thank you for looking at my products (^_^)v I strive for fast shipping. I've been using Mercari for over a year now. I have received over 200 positive ratings. Thank you very much. I have 5 neutral ratings, but I used cardboard boxes that I had stored at home, which was rude to the buyers. I will purchase new cardboard boxes as soon as the item is ready to ship, so please rest assured. Another neutral rating was from when I was the buyer, and I received an unreasonable rating because I was late to receive the item due to work. The third neutral rating was because I have poor eyesight and missed some hair during packaging, which made the buyer feel uncomfortable. I will be more careful, so please rest assured. For the fourth neutral rating, I don't know the reason, but I was rude, and I will be very careful with shipping in the future, so please rest assured. The fifth neutral rating was because the packaging was done properly, but the buyer didn't respond to my messages, so I sent several comments, which they didn't like, and they gave me an unreasonable rating. I am careful with my responses and packaging, so I hope you can feel at ease.
