I received two negative ratings from sellers. One was because, embarrassingly, I didn't know how to leave a rating when I first started using Mercari. The other was because I was unable to respond or leave a rating due to poor health. These were my mistakes, and I will absolutely ensure this does not happen again. I received two negative ratings from buyers. One was regarding a toy that didn't originally come with screws, where I was rated for "missing screws." The other was an unreasonable rating for something I had carefully packaged, and I believe I was not at fault. Thank you for your understanding.
