I mainly sell handmade suncatchers and accessories using crystal glass made by Swarovski ✨ I love sparkle, but my display space is limited, so I only sell a portion of what I make. I do not accept custom orders. I strive to create my items with care, but they are made as a hobby by an amateur. Swarovski discontinued their DIY division in September 2021, making some parts difficult to obtain. While some can be purchased as Kiva Crystal, prices are increasing year by year. Even for the same design, the price may differ from previous listings. Compared to professionals, my accessories may have some imperfections in their construction. I enjoy making them and sell them at almost material cost + shipping and fees, so I would appreciate your understanding. I ask that you leave a review after confirming the condition of the item, so I do not offer gift wrapping. Swarovski used to use full lead crystal (30% or more lead content), but more recently manufactured items are environmentally friendly lead-free crystal (lead-free) with the same beautiful sparkle. I use both types of crystals in my creations. (Unless indicated on the packaging, they are indistinguishable by appearance.) Items in the 8000 series are chandelier parts and may have manufacturing scratches (slight scuffs, small chips). However, these are within Swarovski's disclaimer and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items with severe damage are not used, while others are used as is depending on their condition or sold at a discounted price. I hope for honest transactions from both sides. I may refuse to do business with those who engage in prohibited or dishonest behavior, or those who make me feel uneasy about the transaction based on their listings (including lack of product images or descriptions) or their words and actions, in order to prevent trouble (＞人＜;) If the price of one item, or the total of multiple items shipped together, exceeds ¥10,000, I will include a small bonus gift ⭐︎ For auction items, I include a gift if the starting price is ¥10,000 or more ⭐︎ Neither I nor any of my cohabiting family members smoke.
