Instead of a flat shipping rate, I calculate shipping costs based on the number of items ordered and create a dedicated page that includes shipping. The balloons undergo special heat treatment and can be enjoyed for an average of six months to a year. I create original designs and offer custom colors, making them perfect for adding a touch of brilliance to special moments. 【Order Process】 Choose your desired arrangement style. ① Consultation on Design I will ask for your preferences using an order sheet and create a dedicated page that includes shipping. Sample presentations are available up to two times. ② Arrangement Production Production begins after purchase. Color changes may require additional material costs. The total amount due is: Product price × Number of items ordered + Shipping × 10% commission ③ Completion Confirmation You will confirm the finished image on the dedicated page. Please note that if you do not reply, we will ship as scheduled. 【Requests】 ・I am communicating with multiple customers, so I may need to confirm details. Thank you for your understanding. ・Shipping costs vary depending on the content. No additional charges or refunds will be made for any discrepancies during campaigns, etc. ・For regular mail, we recommend ordering two weeks in advance, and there is no accident insurance.
