Regarding one negative review ☂️ I requested a return because the collar of the unused jacket was covered in sweat stains, but the buyer insisted on not paying for the shipping. Therefore, I provided photos to the administration for their judgment. Even from the photos, the stain was obvious, so I believe the administration made a quick decision, but the buyer was quite angry, stating that the decision was made unilaterally, as also mentioned in the review. After that, the shipping costs were covered, but the buyer refused to provide their name, changed their address multiple times, and made sarcastic remarks. Because of this, I decided to cancel the return and ended the transaction. I don't believe they intended to engage in malicious transactions, but their response to the trouble was extremely poor. I was forced to accept the situation and then received this negative review, which is truly disappointing.

一件の悪い評価について☂ 未使用のジャケットの首元にびっしりと汗ジミが付いていたため返品の要求をしましたが、送料は払わないと言い張るため、事務局に写真を提供し判断してもらいました。写真で見ても明らかな汚れだったので事務局もすぐに判断して下さったと思うのですが、評価にも記載された通り一方的に決めたとかなりお怒りでした。 それから送料は負担してもらえるようになったものの、名前を教えてくれなかったり何度も住所を変更されたり嫌味なことばかり言われるため返品するのをやめ、お取引を終了しました。 悪質な取引をするつもりではなかったと思いますが、トラブル時の対応があまりにも酷く、泣き寝入りしたうえにこのような評価までされ、本当に残念です。
