Thank you for looking. ★Life is full of various things and can be tough, but most of it depends on you. You can't change what happens, but just by changing your perspective or mindset, you can feel lighter. Shirokuma (myself) has struggled through many things since entering society, getting married, raising children, suffering a serious illness, supporting the care of six people including both parents and childless aunts and uncles, and is still struggling. I've created a daily calendar with "words that supported me," "words that gave me motivation," and "words that were born from my feelings" from those times. Everyone's situation and personality are different, so it's unlikely that everyone who sees this will resonate with all the words. However, I would be happy if you could find words among Shirokuma's messages that lighten your heart. Please store the words you find in the drawers of your mind and take them out when needed to support your heart. ★Shirokuma's "30 Drawers Series" creates works with different themes. The first installment is "For a Comfortable Life in Society." The second installment is "How to Perceive and Deal with Illness." The third installment is "How to Perceive and Deal with Child-rearing Effectively." The fourth installment is "How to Perceive and Deal with Aging." The fifth installment is "Secrets to Staying Together as a Couple!" I plan to release works with different themes in the future, so please check back occasionally. ★Finally, Shirokuma is analog, lacks language skills, and is a beginner on Mercari. There may be some imperfections, but I create these works with the intention of offering encouragement, so I would be grateful if you could look upon them with a warm heart and accept the words. Thank you very much. P.S. The origin of the pen name "Shirokuma" It's a stuffed polar bear from the Asahiyama Zoo in Hokkaido that a mom friend gave me when I was hospitalized for surgery due to a serious illness. It had lavender scent inside its belly, and it was a great comfort to me when I was feeling anxious and in pain, so it remains my precious amulet to this day.
