Regarding Transactions: * Unless otherwise requested, items will be shipped via the most affordable method. * We are not responsible for items after they have been shipped. * We do not have any pets, nor are we smokers. * Items will be shipped within approximately one week of purchase at the latest. Regarding "Negative" Feedback: ① As a Seller: A buyer purchased a new, unused piece of clothing and reported that it had lipstick on it upon receiving it. I did not try it on, and I only opened the package to check for any sewing defects in a clean area, so I don't believe it's possible for lipstick to have gotten on it. I am very sorry if that was the case, and I contacted the site's administrators to inquire about the situation, but I was not provided with photos of the item (showing the lipstick), so I still don't know the actual situation. ② As a Buyer: The shipping notification was sent after the scheduled shipping date (at which point I had not heard from the seller), and due to the delay in shipping, the item arrived late, resulting in the item being delivered via Nekopos on a day when I was away from home for several days. I was unable to check the item, so I informed the seller of this and that I would confirm receipt as soon as I returned home, and apologized for the delay. However, I received no response. When I returned home, I immediately confirmed receipt, but I received negative feedback. I was sorry for the delay in receiving the item and tried to be as courteous as possible, but I was unable to communicate with the seller until the end, and like in ①, I was left not knowing the other party's situation or feelings, which was disappointing. * I have included this information because I understand that this feedback may cause concern for those considering a transaction.
