Regarding the 4 neutral evaluations, it seems I was unable to contact the seller within 24 hours of purchase, which I am also being careful about, but I contact them within 1-2 days at the latest, and I also make payments at the same time as the purchase. Since there are various customers, I am carefully trying to contact them quickly. I was concerned that too much contact might be bothersome, and as a result of conducting transactions with that in mind, I received a neutral evaluation. Regarding the 1 negative evaluation for sales, I received it after shipping a new Korean-made product. There was nothing I could do since it was new...
