I started selling on Mercari in December 2018. I have been buying and selling on other auction sites for about 8 years. Although I don't have many ratings yet, I will conduct transactions with sincerity. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions. Thank you. Regarding price reductions I can offer price reductions on some items but not on others. Please feel free to ask, and I will consider your request and respond. Regarding packaging and shipping I pack items as carefully as possible, but I reuse paper bags, plastic bags, and cardboard boxes from department stores, various brands, and online shopping sites. Also, all of my items are sold with shipping included (seller pays). I will pack items compactly within a range that does not affect their use and ship them. Clothes may wrinkle upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding. Regarding transaction messages I may not be able to respond immediately to messages, such as when you make a purchase or contact me. Even if we are in the middle of negotiating a price reduction, if someone else decides to purchase the item and presses the purchase button, I will sell the item to the person who pressed the button first. I generally do not accept returns for reasons such as the item not fitting or being different from the image, unless there is a defect with the item itself.
