My goal is to get rid of unwanted items, so I don't plan to price them higher than the acquisition cost. If you buy multiple items, I may be able to offer a discount on shipping, so please feel free to ask. I do not smoke or have any pets, so you can rest assured. I generally price items to be reasonable, based on market value. Please be aware that if you inquire about price negotiations, someone else may purchase the item before you. If you are considering a price reduction, please understand the risk that someone else may buy it first. I will conduct transactions with whoever presses the purchase button, regardless of comments. You are welcome to purchase without commenting. I aim to ship items on the same day or the next day, and even if there is a delay, I ship within 2-3 days. I strive for polite and prompt service. I hope to have a pleasant transaction with you, treating each interaction as a unique opportunity. ■ Regarding Past Ratings I have received three "average" or "disappointing" ratings in the past, and I am conducting transactions while reflecting on them. ① During my early days on Mercari, I received an average rating due to insufficient packing materials. I was prioritizing speed of shipping, but I took this feedback seriously and now pay attention to packaging. Since then, I have been grateful to receive positive feedback from everyone, including on my packaging. ② There was an instance where I was away and unable to return home due to a typhoon affecting the bullet train, and I shipped the item on the third day instead of within 2-3 days. I apologized in advance for the difficulty in shipping within 2 days and obtained the buyer's understanding. I then expressed my gratitude in the rating section after the transaction was completed. However, the buyer was still unfortunately dissatisfied, so I am now even more careful with my communication. ③ I apologize for not clearly stating that a watch I listed did not include a battery. The item was new and not defective. Please assume that battery-operated items do not include batteries unless otherwise specified (and the price is set accordingly). Also, please assume that there are no accessories not shown in the photos. If you have any concerns, please inquire before shipping. I have received all "good" ratings except for the above three.
