Hello! I started using Mercari because I want to declutter. I will strive to provide polite service! Regarding the used items I list, please understand that as I am an amateur inspector, I may overlook dirt or scratches. Basically, I do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there are any shortcomings or if you are dissatisfied, please leave a comment. I will do my best to accommodate you. I take photos indoors with my smartphone, so please understand that the actual color may appear slightly different depending on the lighting conditions. The first person to purchase will be prioritized. Please understand that I do not handle "reserved" or "held" items. I do not accept price reductions through the offer function. For price reductions via comments, depending on the item, I may negotiate, but I will limit the reduction to 10% of the item's price. If the shipping method is through the post office, I cannot ship on Saturdays and Sundays when the post office is closed, so shipping may be on Monday. I will be closed for shipping during the New Year holidays (December 30th to January 3rd) and the Obon period. Thank you!
