For some reason, I was advised to reconsider my shipping methods... 😅 The item I listed was a used name ring, and I intentionally set the shipping to regular mail to reduce shipping costs. I clearly stated in the product description that there was a possibility of damage during shipping and that those who are overly concerned should refrain from purchasing, as it was NCNR (No Claims, No Returns). The item was purchased through an auction, and I received this kind of review. Although it was shipped via regular mail, I of course used bubble wrap and an OPP bag for packaging. I also have the same item listed with insured shipping. I thought that if someone would give such a review for damage (which could be fixed with glue), Mercari might not be the right platform for them ( ; ; ) They didn't read the description at all, so please be careful, everyone.
