Nice to meet you ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ Regarding the negative feedback: The other party sent the item back with the wrong address, but without any contact. It ended up taking 20 days to arrive after purchase. Since it took a considerable amount of time to arrive, I was delayed in leaving feedback. There were no issues on my end. Regarding the neutral feedback: I usually leave feedback immediately after receiving the item. However, this person had an issue, so I was planning to leave feedback after waiting for contact from the seller. I think it's a bit much to leave negative feedback without any prior message, so I'm disappointed that my good intentions backfired. はじめまして( ´ ▽ ` )ノ 悪い評価について 相手の方が住所を間違えて返送されてきたのですが、なんの連絡もなく、結局届いたのは購入してから20日もかかりました。 かなり届くのに時間がかかったので、こちらも評価するのが遅くなりましたが。 こちらにはなんの不備もありませんでした。 普通評価について 評価が商品が届いてからすぐにしております。 ですがこの方は問題があったため出品者様からの連絡を待ってから評価をしようと思っていました。 いきなりなんのメッセージもしなくて悪い評価をつけるのはどうかと思うので、よかれと思ってしたことが裏目に出てしまったようで残念です。 基本は評価は商品が届いてすぐにしています。 配送はなるべく早くお届けできるように配慮しています。 よろしくお願いしますm(_ _)m
