The following actions are immediately subject to legal proceedings: • Switching items, removing parts, or altering the condition of the returned item • False claims of non-delivery or damage • Unreasonable complaints or demands for discounts aimed at obtaining a partial refund Examples: • May 2024: Account frozen + reported to the police through Mercari for a fraudulent buyer who claimed "non-delivery." Civil damages are being claimed after information disclosure. • January 2025: Filed a letter of demand + small claims court lawsuit with records before and after shipping as evidence for a false return due to item switching → Won the judgment. Recovered compensation + mediation fees. • November 2025: Filed a report with the local police department of the other party's residence through our legal counsel (Miyako Law Office / Attorney Higuchi) for a partial refund scam. Cooperated with the investigation. Other Information • I do not smoke, and I do not have any pets. • I may take some time to respond due to business trips, but I will try my best to reply and ship as quickly as possible. • If excessive price negotiations continue, I may have to block you.
