Regarding price negotiations: We cannot offer discounts regardless of the number of items. ① About Listings and Products Regarding new, unused items with boxes: (As many products are produced overseas, minor scratches, glue stains, and odors are not considered defects. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues or are a perfectionist.) Regarding used items, items with use, and items without boxes: (Please understand that you are purchasing a used item.) Please be sure to check the product description for details such as "new," "unused," "used," etc. for each item. Due to display characteristics, the color of the product in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product. ② About Returns We generally do not accept returns due to the buyer's circumstances. Please make your purchase after careful consideration. (If there is a problem on our end, please let us know before leaving a review.) ③ About Shipping We primarily use Sagawa Express for shipping, but depending on the destination, we may use Yamato Transport or Yu-Pack. (You cannot choose the shipping company.) Shipping will generally occur the day after the holiday (Tuesday to Friday) only if payment is confirmed by noon. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. ④ About Questions and Requests We will try to respond as quickly as possible, but please note that we cannot respond on weekends, holidays, and during long holidays. ⑤ Notes for Shipping to Okinawa and Hokkaido We sincerely apologize, but for shipments to Okinawa and Hokkaido, an additional shipping fee of 1500 yen will be charged.
