Cards are basically for play. Model trains are basically listed after being run. We also accept combined purchases. Regarding the case where a dedicated item is created and then someone else buys it, since the term "[Name]'s Dedicated Item" itself has no legal or regulatory effect, it will be first come, first served. If the item is shipped but doesn't arrive, I may ask for the seller's address to conduct a postal accident investigation. カードは基本的にプレイ用です。 鉄道模型は基本的に走行させてからの出品となっております。 まとめ買いも承ります。 専用を作って横取りされてしまった場合ですが、 そもそも【XX様専用】自体には規約や法律をみても効力を持たないため、早いもん勝ちということにします。 また、こちらが購入した際ですが、発送がされない場合には状況を、 発送されても届かない場合には郵便事故追跡調査を行うために出品者さまの住所をおうかがいする場合がございます。 過去には発送詐欺に遭ったこともあり、その際にはメルカリ運営に協力を仰ぎ、厳正に対処のうえ取引を中断させてもらいました。 あまりキツキツしたコミュニケーションは良い雰囲気にもなりませんからやりたくないものですが、 金銭価値を持つ消費財を取引する以上、いい加減なことをしてしまいますと後々尾を引きますので、その点は充分ご承知置き下さいませ。
