Communication with the customer is necessary for production. Communication through comments is essential, so please cooperate. I charge an order fee to custom order customers. All orders other than the products currently for sale are made-to-order, so I charge an order fee. Order fee: 300-500 yen～ (It's flexible. Please ask ^^) If you have a specific fabric in mind, I will accept it if it's easily available to me, but I may decline if I have to search and purchase it online. I may ask for payment in advance. If the shipping cost exceeds the Nekopos rate, I will charge the difference. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not purchase after ordering, I will consider legal action. 【Handmade Products】 I used to be a pattern maker for stuffed animals. I love making things and am offering them as products. Basically, I don't use glue. I make each one carefully, but they are asymmetrical. I don't have any unrealistic ideas like mass production, so the current item (photo) is always the product. The ribbon or beads may be different from the previous one. Please look at the photos carefully before purchasing. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if the product is different from what you expected.
