Hello♡ I'm hoping to list a lot of items, from household goods to old items, small items, and children's goods. I have new items and also old items that have come out of my parents' house. Thank you. Regarding returns, I initially accepted them, but due to unreasonable claims and items being returned damaged, I will no longer be accepting returns. Please understand. Also, please be aware that if you do not receive your purchase and it is returned to me after exceeding the shipping company's storage period, I would appreciate your understanding. (crying) I would like to add a note. Since the ability to negotiate prices through Mercari became available, I've received many requests, and even when I tried my best to lower the price, only one person ended up purchasing the item. I am grateful to that person, who contacted me afterward and with whom I had a very pleasant transaction. However, I haven't had any purchases from anyone else who requested a price reduction. (crying) Even for items priced at the bare minimum, where I've stated that I cannot lower the price, I still receive price negotiation requests through Mercari. Even when I've lowered the price, considering shipping and fees, to the point where I barely make anything, hoping someone would still want the item, they still didn't buy it. So, I've tried temporary price reductions and other things, but it's truly disheartening. I am very sorry, but I find it difficult to ignore these requests, so I would like to ask for price negotiations directly through this platform. (bowing) It depends on the item, and I will do what I can, but I will consider lowering the price if possible. I will not be accepting price negotiations through Mercari because I have been disheartened by the lack of purchases. (crying) Please forgive me. (bowing) ☆ I am very sorry, but my mother is in the hospital, and I am going back and forth between my home and my parents' home. Therefore, I am sometimes away from the house where some of the items I am selling are located. As a result, some items may have delayed shipping, and I have temporarily suspended the listing of some items. I will resume those listings when things settle down, so I would appreciate your understanding. Also, I am cleaning up my parents' house as I live with my mother. There will be no issues with shipping those items, and I will continue to list them, so thank you for your understanding.
