Regarding shipping of medium-sized items such as figures: Shipping is basically simple packaging. Simple packaging will be used if the buyer does not specify packaging in a message, or if there is no mention of packaging in the product description and I determine that simple packaging is acceptable. The reasons for primarily using simple packaging are as follows: - I cannot spare time for packaging due to family circumstances. - Shipping costs vary significantly by weight. Regarding negative reviews: I have received two negative reviews. The first one was about a figure, stating "it was supposed to be unopened but was opened." It is believed that the tape came loose due to moisture from rain and came off during shipping. It is also possible that the tape had already come off during packaging. I sincerely apologize to the buyer. The second one was about a Beyblade, stating "there were scratches on parts not shown in the photos." However, I did not only photograph the clean surfaces. I photographed all of the many parts, basically one by one at random, and then decided to list them after reviewing the photos later. I believe this process may have been flawed.
