They should have been satisfied with the product description when they purchased it, but they gave a "normal" rating. They also gave no explanation for the rating. I don't understand! Although it was my mistake, I am not greedy for money! I don't want to make money by selling defective products on purpose. That's why even though I offer returns and refunds when it's my fault, they gave me a lower rating and even said, "People with normal ratings have their reasons." I am human too, and I do not intentionally list defective items. I wash and inspect items before shipping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection! * Please stop giving me lower ratings for no reason.
