I've been using Mercari for several years now, and I'm truly grateful for all the wonderful interactions I've had with so many lovely people. I was initially apprehensive, but I've managed to create a safe and secure trading environment. However, there have been a few unreasonable buyers who persistently haggle over prices, purchase items, and then lodge complaints. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the product, please return it. I am offering my cherished items at special prices, and I only want to deliver them to those who genuinely appreciate them. Also, recently, there has been an increase in pages selling counterfeit brands, which appear to be organized criminal activity. I've reported these to Mercari multiple times, but they haven't taken action! Be cautious of Chanel bags and other items without serial numbers, as they may be fake. All the items I sell have been authenticated by appraisers and are genuine. Please purchase with confidence. I only wish to conduct transactions with those who can ensure a pleasant experience. Also, due to my busy schedule, I use box delivery. However, if the delivery is not through Mercari, and I'm not home, the package may be held at the post office. Since I have difficulty picking up packages during post office hours, I will not conduct transactions with those who use delivery methods other than Mercari's.
