Regarding items shipped via standard mail: Since October 2021, Japan Post has stopped sorting and delivering mail on weekends and holidays, resulting in longer delivery times than before. For items shipped on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, delivery to distant areas may not be completed by Friday and will be delivered the following Monday or later. Recently, there have been many inquiries about items not arriving due to the longer delivery times. Please contact us only if your item has not arrived after waiting for about a week.
