I'm a full-time working mom, but I love packing, so I can usually ship within 24 hours, except when I'm traveling! If you need something urgently, please comment, and I'll do my best to accommodate. About Packaging: I always use new OPP bags or Ziploc bags for items that will directly touch the product, but the outer packaging is often recycled. No smokers or pets in my household. I often delete listings after the transaction for image organization. I generally adhere to Mercari's terms of service. I'm not overly concerned with minor details within the terms of service. *For high-brand items and items over 7,000 yen, we do not accept cancellations after shipping to prevent fraud.
