An item that is unused but has been opened for inspection is not considered used, and items confirmed to be in working order are legally considered unused. ●If you require special packaging to prevent damage to the item's exterior, such as for a gift, please inform us in the comments section before placing your order. In such cases, the price will be increased, and we will implement excessive packaging. We cannot accept such requests after an order has been placed. ●If we experience malicious harassment, we will conduct an appropriate investigation into the individual's conduct and, in consultation with a judicial scrivener or lawyer, will consider criminal and social sanctions.
