R3,3,3 Update I have reviewed my feedback in preparation for resuming sales. I do not intend to change my past policy regarding transaction messages. However, I will reconsider the comments about packaging and will strive for careful packaging. Regarding feedback (responses and opinions from top to bottom): ★ Regarding neutral feedback ・ I am troubled by the confusion between "almost new" and "clean." Also, movie packs are prone to initial scratches; I would like you to understand this. Although the sleeves were soft, I believe my decision to double-sleeve was not wrong. ・ There's nothing I can do about silent feedback. ・ Even though they said the receipt notification would be late, they gave a receipt evaluation within a week of shipping. Furthermore, they apologized beforehand, so what is this evaluation? ・ I put it in a sleeve. It probably remained inside the envelope when taking it out. ・ I bundled the sleeves and put them in the envelope. I will try to prevent this from happening in the future. ・ There's nothing I can do about silent feedback. ★ Regarding negative feedback ・ What else is there to contact you about besides the shipping notification?
