Due to work, shipping may be delayed. Regarding one negative review: A week after the purchase, I hadn't received any communication. I asked when the item would be shipped because the seller had written they were busy with work, and I might not be able to receive the package as I would be away from home. The seller responded by saying they had written they were busy in their profile, and I still didn't know when the item would be shipped. I had informed them that I might not be able to receive the package because I would be away from home. Ultimately, the item was shipped more than two weeks later without me being informed of the shipping date. I was then asked why I hadn't received the item yet, even though others who had been shipped on the same day had already received theirs. In reality, I hadn't received it yet on that day. Despite telling them I still hadn't received it, I received this negative review.

仕事の都合上、発送が遅れることがあります。 悪評1件について 購入してから1週間経っても何も連絡がなく、仕事で忙しいと書かれていたため、家を開けるので受け取れない可能性もあるため、発送はいつ頃になるかを聞きいたところ、忙しいとプロフィールに書いてあると言われ、結局発送日が分からないままでした。 その際に家を開けるので受け取りが遅れる可能性があると伝えてあったのですが、結局2週間以上経ってから発送予定日を教えて貰えずに発送され、同日発送した他の方は受け取っているのにまだ届かないのかと言われ、実際にその日にはまだ届いておらず、まだ届いていないと言ったにも関わらずこのような評価を付けられました。
