Also, I commented on the day of shipment, saying I had shipped the item, and asking for their understanding, and they commented back saying it hadn't arrived yet... It's impossible to deliver on the same day. I will refuse to do business with you from now on. I don't want to deal with people who specify delivery dates or complain with negative feedback. Please buy new items from a store. For items that state "used condition, scratches, and stains" in the description, and that I will ship them as they are, including dust and stains, please do not purchase if you complain later about them being dirty or dusty. These are items that amateurs are selling used, and they are not being sold in the same pristine condition as used items in a store, especially toys. If you want something clean, please buy it from a store. I am also an amateur at packing. Hair or trash may get mixed in. I am a working mother of three children, struggling every day.
