Some items have been displayed in the store before, but I'm offering them all at special prices. I value my connections with buyers and strive for smooth transactions. 【Regarding Purchases】 ● About Products I try to photograph items to look as close to their actual colors as possible, but there may be differences between the photos and the actual items due to lighting and camera performance. If you are looking for a perfect condition, please refrain from purchasing. ● Immediate Purchase and Cancellation Immediate purchase is welcome! To prevent accidental purchases, it would be greatly appreciated if you could send a short message or a stamp after your purchase. Cancellations are possible before shipping, so please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations and returns after shipping will not be accepted unless there is a valid reason according to Mercari's regulations. ● Bundling and Dedicated Listings I also accept requests for combined purchases. If you do not complete the purchase or contact me within 24 hours after I create a dedicated page, I will delete the page for inventory management reasons. Also, please note that even if a page is dedicated, the person who purchases first will be given priority due to Mercari's system. As a general rule, I do not hold items. ● Packaging and Inspection In past transactions, there was an instance where hair was found mixed in. I sincerely apologize for this. Since then, I have been paying even more attention and performing detailed inspections and packaging to prevent this from happening again.
