We mainly create and sell sleeping bags (hedgehog domes, hedgehog tents) for hedgehogs and small animals. Each item is carefully made with love, imagining your pet using it. We generally do not accept custom orders, but for repeat customers only, we may accept orders depending on the content of the consultation, with a fee of 500 yen. We firmly refuse orders from customers with a history of cancellations. We cannot negotiate prices. We also do not offer discounts for bulk purchases. We will not respond to price negotiations. Shipping will be via Japan Post's regular mail service. Delivery takes 3-4 business days from the date of shipment. If you have a preferred shipping method, please let us know before purchasing. We aim to ship within 1-2 days after confirming payment, but purchases made on Friday afternoons will be shipped on the following Monday. We welcome combined purchase requests.
