I hope we can have a smooth transaction with each other ( .. ) I make sure to handle the items with care, but since they are used, there may be some minor imperfections. When listing items, I check their condition during photography and packaging. If there are any issues, I will either not list the item, clearly state the issue in the listing, or cancel the transaction. As a buyer myself, I've had the unpleasant experience of receiving an item that was misrepresented, so I make sure to disclose any negative aspects. However, it's still based on my subjective view, so I apologize if there are any oversights or discrepancies. ~Regarding plastic models, which are prone to issues~ Let's take the example of a previous complaint where the item arrived broken. As mentioned before, I check the item twice. There's no benefit for me to knowingly ship a damaged item that would cause trouble. In fact, I've had to cancel transactions twice due to my own mistakes during packaging: once for a motor (that stopped working during storage) and once for clothing (where I missed a stain). (As a side note, both times the buyers were kind enough to accept the items as they were, and the transactions were successfully completed.) While I understand the feeling of suspicion when something arrives broken, plastic models contain many small parts, such as rods that are only 1mm in diameter. If a buyer doesn't consider the possibility of breaking the item during unpacking or during shipping, and instead places all the blame on me based solely on their imagination, it's completely unfair from my perspective.
